The SQI College of ICT (SQICT) has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into the institution for the 2026/2027 academic session.
In a statement issued by the Registrar, Mrs. Grace Aderinto, the College said applications are open to candidates who selected SQI College of ICT as their first-choice institution in the 2026/2027 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 100.
The institution also stated that candidates who did not initially choose SQI College of ICT but wish to study at the College are eligible to apply, provided they meet the minimum score requirement and effect the necessary change of institution through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
According to the statement, the registration portal will open on May 26, 2026, while the deadline for applications has been fixed for June 19, 2026.
The college disclosed that the screening process is fully digitised, and candidates are to register through the official post-utme portal sqi.edu.ng/post-utme.

Admission Process to Be Conducted via Official Portal

Applicants are required to visit the college’s official Post-UTME portal to validate their JAMB registration details, complete the online application form, and make a non-refundable payment of ₦2,000 through approved payment channels, including ATM cards, bank transfers and USSD services.

The institution advised candidates to provide valid email addresses and active telephone numbers during registration, warning that it would not be responsible for unsuccessful applications resulting from incorrect or invalid contact information.

The Registrar also warned that any false declaration regarding UTME scores, O’Level results or state of origin would attract automatic disqualification from the admission process.
Prospective candidates were advised to carefully follow all registration guidelines and ensure that the information provided during the application process is accurate and verifiable.
